Mushroom soup with wild mushrooms
Description
Perfect for lunch. Some mushrooms need to be boiled until they sink to the bottom, which may take an hour or even longer. However, noble mushrooms—such as white ones—take no more than half an hour to cook. So, boil the mushrooms first. Then add potatoes to the boiling water, and simultaneously prepare a sauté of onions and carrots. Next, combine everything in a pot, add processed cheese and spices. Garnish the finished wild mushroom soup with chopped dill and serve. Ladle into bowls and enjoy.
