
Chicken liver soup with noodles
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This soup is very simple and quick to prepare. In 40-45 minutes it will be ready, and you'll be able to feed your family a hearty, healthy, and delicious meal. The soup is quite diet-friendly since it's cooked in water with minimal fat. Garlic lovers can add a bit at the end of cooking. It will add aroma and a slight spiciness. The soup is ready to serve.

Prepare the ingredients for making the soup.

Pour water into a pot. Peel, wash, and chop the potatoes. Add them to the pot. Place the pot on the stove and start cooking the soup.

While the potatoes are boiling, peel the carrots and onions, wash and chop them, but not too coarsely. Place them in a frying pan.

Pour a little sunflower oil and simmer these vegetables for 7-8 minutes.

Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a frying pan and add a piece of butter.
