Turkey wing soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. Before starting to cook the broth, turkey wings are roasted in the oven to render out the fat, resulting in a clear broth. You can use any vegetables to add flavor and aroma. If you'd like the dish to be more filling, add rice or pasta. This soup is simple, yet very tasty and original. Ladle into bowls and serve.
