
Crab stick soup
Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. It turns out light, low in calories, yet flavorful and satisfying. Serve the soup hot in individual bowls. It's especially delicious with black bread. Try making this incredibly light soup with a sea flavor. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Prepare the ingredients, wash and peel the carrots and potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and put them to boil over medium heat. If you have broth, you can use it—this will make the soup even more flavorful.

Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrot.

Place a skillet with butter over heat and let the butter melt. Add the onion and carrot and sauté. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes translucent and the carrot turns soft.

Transfer the sautéed vegetables from the pan to the potatoes and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

After the vegetables have been cooked, add the crab sticks cut into cubes, along with salt, pepper, spices, and cook for another 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, remove the pot from the heat and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
