Smoked meat soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. I recommend using split peas, as they only need an hour in hot water to soften. Whole peas will need to be soaked in water overnight. For the smoked meats, I use chicken drumsticks and wings, which work very well for this dish. Now you know. Ladle into bowls and serve.
