Smoked pork hock soup
Description
A hearty first course. I usually prepare this light soup with chicken broth, although you can simply use water. In that case, I recommend adding more mushrooms to make the soup richer. To prepare the soup with smoked pork hock, take a smoked pork hock, bay leaf, and make a sauce from sour cream and flour. The soup is ready to serve.
