
Sardine canned soup
Description
This is a simple recipe for canned sardine soup. Boil the potatoes until cooked, meanwhile prepare a sauté of onion and carrot. Thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Remove the bones from the canned fish.

Cut the potatoes into strips and place them in a pot, cover with water. Bring to a boil over low heat.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a grater. Then sauté the vegetables in butter until golden brown.
