Anchovy soup in tomato sauce
Description
Preparing this soup is no more difficult than making the regular one you cook every day. The only difference is that instead of the usual vermicelli, buckwheat, or rice, I suggest adding corn grits, which will give the soup a very tasty, rich broth. At the end, add canned sprats in tomato sauce to the soup, which will give it a special aroma and an unbeatable flavor. Next, I'll explain in more detail. Ladle into bowls and serve.
