Zucchini soup in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Today we're making a simple, diet-friendly, and very light zucchini soup in a multicooker. You can serve this soup with croutons and fresh herbs. If desired, blend it into a smooth puree using a food processor. You may also use any broth of your choice as a base. I especially make this soup when I want something light and need to shed a few extra pounds. Keep this easy, light soup in mind for everyday meals. The soup is ready to serve.
