
Soup with gizzards and hearts
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. This is a simple recipe for soup made from gizzards and hearts. You'll need the following ingredients: a meat assortment—chicken gizzards, liver, and hearts; a vegetable assortment—potatoes, onion, carrot, bell pepper, and celery; and seasonings—salt, pepper, and bay leaf. The soup turns out quite diet-friendly, tender, and fragrant. Try it yourself and see. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Place a pot of water on the stove. Rinse the hearts and put them into the water.

Rinse the gizzards, clean them, and slice. Place them in a pot. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 40 minutes.

Rinse the liver and place it in the broth. Cook for another 20 minutes. Then remove the offal, strain the broth. Return everything to the heat again.

Add the diced potatoes to the broth.

After a couple of minutes, add the chopped carrots and onion.

After that, add the chopped celery.
