
Turkey soup with oatmeal dumplings

The recipe won't take much time. Turkey soup is a very healthy dish. This soup turns out delicious. And if you eat it with oatcakes instead of bread... give it a try. Ladle into bowls and serve.

1. Wash the meat and finely chop it. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, and slice the leek into thin rings.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Sauté the prepared vegetables in this oil over high heat. Add the pieces of meat. Fry the vegetables and meat for 5 minutes.

3. Pour 2 liters of hot water into a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, tarragon, and vinegar. When the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Rinse the rice and add it to the soup. Cook for 15 minutes. Add green beans to the soup. Cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust salt to taste, then remove from heat.

5. Flatbreads. Grind oat flakes in a coffee grinder. Pour 4 tablespoons of boiling water into melted butter. In a bowl, mix oat flour, tarragon, salt, baking powder, and the butter-water mixture. Knead the dough.

6. Roll the finished dough into a thin flatbread and cut it into 8 pieces. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
