
Turkey soup with cauliflower
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Turkey soup with cauliflower is very simple and relatively quick to prepare. First, cook a turkey broth and strain it. Then, add all the vegetables and rice one by one into the pot with the broth. Simmer until all ingredients are cooked. Delicious and very healthy. This fragrant, delicate soup is suitable for children's and dietary meals. Serve hot.

Boil a turkey broth. I had a wing, but you can use any part.

Strain the broth and set the meat aside on a plate for now. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Add them to the pot with the broth. Place the pot on the stove and begin cooking the soup.

Peel and wash the carrots and onions, then chop them. Place in a frying pan with refined sunflower oil. Simmer the vegetables over low heat, stirring, for 7–8 minutes.

Then add the onion and carrots to the pot. Continue cooking the soup.

Rinse the rice and add it to the boiling soup. Separate the cauliflower into florets, rinse, and add to the pot.

Wash the bell pepper, cut it into strips, and place it in a saucepan.

Season the soup to taste and cook until all ingredients are done.

Add chopped dill or parsley to the ready soup.
