Black Bean and Vegetable Soup
Description
A hearty first course. The soup made from black beans and vegetables turns out dark—extra dark! It looks stunning when garnished with fresh vegetables and sour cream. I'd call this soup very photogenic. It has a spicy, filling flavor. The pleasant contrast with the fresh vegetables and sour cream gives it a sharp yet tender taste—quite enjoyable. Try it yourself! Good luck. Ladle into bowls and serve.
