Broccoli soup in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for lunch. What could be better than a vegetable soup for lunch? This is a great option both for children and for those on a diet. The best part is that you can always vary the recipe by adding other vegetables, depending on the season. Broccoli soup is rich in vitamins and will win over everyone. If you haven't discovered this vegetable yet, now is the perfect time! You can use any model and brand of multicooker to prepare broccoli soup. In addition to broccoli and cauliflower, feel free to add potatoes, peppers, carrots, and other vegetables. The broth can be not only chicken—I chose it because it's ideal for a light soup. 1. First, prepare your multicooker and ingredients. 2. Rinse the rice. Wash the broccoli and cauliflower, then carefully separate them into florets. Cut the onion into thin half-rings. 3. Set the multicooker to the "Sauté" mode and grease it with vegetable oil. Sauté the onion. After 5 minutes, add the cauliflower. 4. After another 5 minutes, add the broth and rice, along with spices. Mix everything well and cook for about 15 minutes in the "Steam" mode. Then add the broccoli and cook for 5 more minutes. 5. Wash and chop the dill, then add it to the bowls with the finished soup. Done! Now a light and healthy broccoli soup in a multicooker is part of your culinary repertoire. You can garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs.
