Broccoli and cauliflower soup
Description
A hearty first course. This is a fairly simple recipe for broccoli and cauliflower soup with cream. Its delicate flavor will surely appeal even to those who aren't fond of vegetable dishes. Thanks to the fried bacon, the soup becomes even more savory and appetizing. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
