
Mushroom soup with cheese
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Recently, it has become very popular to add processed cheese to various soups, as it truly adds a special tenderness to the taste and makes the soup more filling. And today I want to share with you my favorite version on this theme. Serve the soup hot.

So, prepare the necessary ingredients, peel the vegetables, rinse the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Put the chopped mushrooms into boiling water and cook for half an hour.

After half an hour, cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pot with the mushrooms, then cook everything for another 10 minutes.

While the soup is boiling, chop the onion into small cubes, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

Now add the carrots and onions to the pot and cook for a couple of minutes.

At the very end, add the processed cheese and stir until it dissolves completely. Season the soup with salt and pepper, then turn off the heat. Cover the pot with a lid and let the soup steep for 5–10 minutes.

Serve the ready soup, garnished with fresh herbs.
