Lamb soup with tomatoes
Description
A hearty first course. Here is a simple recipe for lamb soup with tomatoes. I used lamb neck for the soup, which works out very well. Add spices to your taste—for example, you can add Italian herbs for extra aroma. I hope it turns out great for you! Good luck. Ladle into bowls and serve.

First, you need to boil the lamb neck. It takes about two hours to cook; once the meat starts to separate from the bone, it's ready!
