Lamb soup with dumplings
Description
A hearty first course. This is a classic recipe for lamb soup with dumplings, with the only difference being that we'll cook it in ceramic pots, which will give the dish a special piquancy and flavor. You can optionally add eggplants or potatoes to this soup, depending on your preference. Once ready, take the dish out of the oven and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before serving. Have a wonderful day. The soup is ready to serve.
