Description

Hearty first course. Thick, rich, aromatic, moderately spicy, and very tasty "Harcho" soup with millet. This is a filling and nutritious dish for lunch. Serve it with boiled meat and fresh bread. "Harcho" is easy to prepare. Add spices to taste. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
