
Goulash soup in a multicooker
Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. This soup is perfect for warming up on cold and rainy days and will be enjoyed by the whole family. For extra flavor and spice, you can add chili pepper, basil, and ground coriander. If you'd like to give the soup a creamy note, stir in a little butter at the end. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making goulash soup in a multicooker. Peel the garlic and onion, cut off the stem and remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Rinse the vegetables and peel the tomatoes.

Chop the onion. Pour half of the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add the onion, and cook in "Frying" mode for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into cubes and place them in the multicooker. Sauté the vegetables for another 3 minutes.

Slice the garlic into pieces and add it to the vegetables. Add the spices, paprika, and tomato paste, mix well, and sauté for 3 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to a plate.

Rinse the pork, pat dry, and cut into medium cubes. Place the meat into the multicooker bowl, pour in the remaining vegetable oil, and fry in "Sauté" mode until golden brown.
