Lentil soup, fasting version
Description
Perfect for lunch. You don't need to soak the peas in advance or wait for them to become soft. Just try the "trick" of double boiling the peas with baking soda. After the first boil, the peas become very soft, making it easy to cook them to full readiness. Happy cooking! Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
