
Chicken and bean soup

Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes and fry in a saucepan previously greased with vegetable oil. When ready, transfer the chicken to a plate.

Celery with onion and carrot, cut into small cubes and sauté in the same pot where you just cooked the chicken.

Now let's add the green beans. Fry everything for about 2 minutes.

Now, add more tomato paste and fry for about 3 minutes, or you can simply add chopped tomatoes (remove the skin beforehand).

Okay, everything is almost ready, now let's add the hot chicken broth and bring it to a boil. After these steps, add the cooked chicken and white beans to the soup. Don't forget to season with pepper and salt, then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Now turn off the stove, add some fresh herbs to the soup, and cover with a lid. Let it steep for another 10 minutes. Now the soup is ready!
