Soup for babies
Description
A hearty first course. I want to share an interesting idea,
Instructions

Step 1

1. Wash the chicken breasts, place them in a saucepan, cover with water, and put over heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until the chicken is tender, skimming off the foam with a ladle as it forms.

Step 2

2. In this case, the selection of vegetables is quite simple. By the way, there will be no potatoes in the soup, but you can add them if you wish. Wash the vegetables and chop them finely.

Step 3

3. Since this is a soup for babies, I don't recommend frying the vegetables. Strain the broth, remove the chicken breasts from it, and place the vegetables back into the pot. Add a little salt and dried herbs for flavor.

Step 4

4. Let the chicken breasts cool slightly, then carefully separate and mince the meat (either chop it finely or pass it through a meat grinder). Return it to the soup.

Step 5

5. Simmer the soup for a few more minutes — and that's it, ready to serve. By the way, homemade croutons go perfectly with it.
