Soup
Description
There are several ways to prepare "Tsarsky" soup. One option is to first make a rich sauté of vegetables and mushrooms, then use it as a base for the soup. The second method is described in this recipe: we do not sauté the vegetables and mushrooms. This version results in a lighter, more delicate soup. Serve the soup hot.
