Actually, there's no single definitive recipe for making this soup; the key point is that it should be very thick and rich. It's prepared not only in Germany but also in Belgium, Spain, and France, and the recipe varies depending on the country. Despite the impressive list of ingredients, making this soup is quite simple—you just need to have patience, because the final result will undoubtedly delight you. So, for all lovers of traditional German cuisine, or simply for those who enjoy delicious and filling food, I'm now going to show you how to make an amazing Eintopf soup. Serve it with fresh herbs and sour cream.

    We thoroughly wash the meat, place it in a pot, and pour in water until the pot is half full or slightly more, then set it on the stove.

    Add two onions and half a carrot to the pot, and cook the meat for at least 1-1.5 hours.

    While the meat is boiling, we can prepare the remaining ingredients. Dice half a celery root and one onion, and cut half a carrot into quarters.

    By this time the beef should already be cooked, so we remove the meat from the broth. We also discard the onion and carrot, as we no longer need them. Add the sliced potatoes to the broth and let it cook for 20 minutes.
