Barley porridge soup
Description
We'll prepare the soup without potatoes, adding carrots and onions. Smoked meat will give the soup a special aroma. You can make the broth with beef, chicken, or even use a vegetarian version—whatever you prefer. The thick, silky result will surely impress you; be sure to try this soup. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
