
Vegetable puree soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. Pureed soups hold a special place in my diet, separate from regular soups. They are thicker and more filling. Their flavor is unique and distinctly different from other dishes. Let's prepare a pureed soup with peppers and cabbage. Serve the soup hot.

Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, and roast them in the oven at a high temperature until the skin is charred. Then place the peppers in a plastic bag for a few minutes, which will make the skin easy to peel off.

Roast the cauliflower florets in the oven as well, turning them over.

In a large saucepan, heat the oil and add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until golden brown.

Pour chicken broth, thyme, and smoked paprika into a saucepan.

Bring to a boil and add peppers and cabbage to the pot.
