
Purple cabbage soup puree

Put the butter into a large, deep pot and let it melt. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 5 minutes.

After some time, add the shredded cabbage and diced potatoes to the onion and garlic. Season the vegetables well with salt and pepper. Mix, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
