
Crab puree soup

This soup is very healthy due to the high protein content in crab meat. It's a great option both for gourmets and for those who watch their figure.

1. If the crab is alive, place a pot of water on the stove, add salt, and drop the crab into the boiling water. Cook for about fifteen minutes. If the crab is frozen, do exactly the same. Alternatively, use canned crab meat.

2. Peel the onion and dice it finely, then transfer it to a hot skillet. Peel the garlic cloves, pass them through a garlic press, and add them to the onion. Sauté until cooked.

3. Clean the crab, separating the meat from the shell. Add the prepared meat to the pan with the onion and garlic, pour in a few spoons of the broth in which the crab was boiled, and season with spices to taste.

4. Take canned tomatoes, chop them and add to the pot. Pour in 1 liter of crab broth, add salt and spices to taste. Cook for about five minutes, then add the cream.

5. Transfer the skillet contents to a pot with the tomatoes, mix, and serve with chopped herbs and croutons.
