
Cream of cauliflower soup with cream
Description
Perfect for lunch. Here is a simple recipe for creamy cauliflower soup. Boil the cauliflower until tender. Meanwhile, sauté onion and garlic in a saucepan, then add potatoes and water. Add the cooked cauliflower a bit later and simmer the soup until the potatoes are tender. Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree until smooth. Return the puree to the saucepan, add sour cream and mustard. Heat the soup through without bringing it to a boil, then remove from heat. Serve garnished with grated cheese and cilantro. Good luck! Separate the cauliflower into florets and boil in boiling salted water until cooked. Cook for 7 minutes.

In a deep saucepan, heat the butter and olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the bay leaf and diced potatoes. Pour in 4 tsp of the water in which the cabbage was boiled. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring.

Remove the bay leaf from the pot. Transfer the rest of the mixture to a blender and puree.
