1. Wash the cauliflower, dry it, and separate into florets. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add turmeric and mix well.

2. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Drizzle lightly with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

3. In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Add a pinch of turmeric. Sauté, stirring constantly.

4. Add the chopped carrots and celery. Add a little salt and simmer for 7-10 minutes.

5. For extra flavor, you can add a bit of chili pepper. Pour in half a cup of broth.
