1. First, wash the broccoli and separate it into florets. Then peel the potatoes and onion, and chop all the vegetables, including the celery.

2. Put the potatoes into boiling water right away. After 10 minutes, add the chopped onions. Then add the remaining vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
