Broccoli and Cauliflower Puree Soup
Description
The main difference between a pureed soup and a cream soup is the presence of cream. A cream soup is always made with cream, which gives it its characteristic creamy texture, while a pureed soup is made without cream. A pureed soup may include various ingredients such as vegetables, mushrooms, meat, etc., and after blending, small chunks are still permissible in a pureed soup. Of course, to make a truly delicious pureed soup with a rich flavor, some effort is required. Below, I offer my version.
