Garlic Puree Soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Nothing is simpler and more delicious than creamy garlic soup. The classic recipe requires a lot of garlic—very much indeed :) Surprisingly, the soup doesn't turn out spicy, yet retains all the beneficial properties of garlic. Instead of heavy cream (which tastes better), you can use low-fat cream. My recipe contains few ingredients, so it's easy to remember, and once you've cooked it, you'll fall in love with it! Plus, you'll be taking good care of your loved ones' health. Serve garlic soup with croutons or toast. Good luck! Ladle into bowls and serve.

Step 1

Step 3

3. Place the garlic in a pot with water (add enough water to cover the garlic by half an inch), and set it on the stove. Remove from heat as soon as the water begins to "sizzle," but do not let it boil. Drain the water. Then pour in fresh water and repeat the process. Next, fill the pot with 3 1/2 cups of water, add the garlic and broth cubes.

4. After 7-8 minutes, when the garlic becomes soft, add the bread (you can crumble it), bring to a boil, then add the cream and bring to a boil again. Add the butter. When the butter has melted, remove from heat. Blend the soup with a blender, then pour into bowls. Enjoy!
