Description

A hearty first course. This soup is easy and quick to prepare, and you can effortlessly feed your entire family with it. Add croutons just before serving. It's important to note that you can also serve this pureed soup cold—it will resemble gazpacho. If desired, you may add celery stalks, bell pepper, and leek to the recipe for a richer flavor. Don't forget to blend everything with a blender. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

    Step 1

    Cut the tomatoes in juice into cubes, pour them together with the juice into a saucepan, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Add soda to the tomatoes and mix. Then add oil, pepper, parsley, tomato sauce, broth, and salt. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes. If there are any chunks left, blend everything with a blender.

    Then pour in the milk, mix and cook for another 5-10 minutes until hot.
