Stracciatella with strawberries and tomatoes
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Today I suggest a caprese-style appetizer that can be served in different ways. In the first version, dice tomatoes and strawberries into medium cubes, mix them with a basil sauce, then add cheese cut into pieces. In the second version, serve everything on toasted white bread, placing cheese first, then topping with tomatoes and strawberries. In the third version, serve as an appetizer by placing a piece of cheese on each tomato slice and topping it with a strawberry. Ready to serve immediately.
