Korean-style asparagus
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The word "asparagus" in the name of this salad might mislead a cooking beginner. But don't imagine thin green shoots, as we are talking about so-called dried Korean asparagus. In fact, it's a soy-based semi-finished product, similar to soy milk skin. And so what? The salad doesn't suffer from it at all. The main thing is to buy the right ingredients and prepare everything according to a good recipe—like this one: "Korean-Style Asparagus." To perfectly match the version sold at markets, you can add a bit of coriander. Prepare it with pleasure. Can be served immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

Place dry asparagus in a bowl, cover with cold water, and let soak for a couple of hours.
- 2
Step 2

After this, the asparagus should be removed from the water and allowed to drain. Then cut it into portions.

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.
- 4
Step 4

Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into strips.
