Sauce
Description
This sauce can be used as a dressing for any vegetable salads. It also goes perfectly with roasted or fried meat and poultry as a gravy. Since dairy products and the calcium they contain help the body absorb vitamins, you gain great health benefits by consuming this sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to prepare the herbs. Wash the parsley and dill thoroughly and dry them naturally or with a paper towel. Then finely chop the herbs. Herbs are the main ingredient of the sauce, so they should be fresh and juicy.

Step 2

Now mix all the liquid ingredients. Add fresh milk to the Greek yogurt. Pour in half a teaspoon of vinegar and mix well until smooth.

Now it's time to mix the herbs with the milk-yogurt dressing. Gently place the herbs into the container with the dressing. Peel a clove of garlic, finely chop it or press it through a garlic press, then add it to the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
