Yogurt sauce

Description

If you're lucky and your yogurt is thick, you can make a wonderful dip for chips, crackers, tacos, and more. With thinner yogurt, you'll get a great sauce for grilled meat, baked fish, or vegetable stew—choose according to your taste! Of course, in either case, the yogurt should be fresh and natural. The best way to achieve this is to make it yourself using yogurt starter culture, which is now widely available in pharmacies and health food stores. Just mix the starter into warm milk, stir, wrap it up warmly, and by the next morning you'll be enjoying the freshest yogurt! Exactly the kind you need for making a delicious yogurt sauce;)
