1. To begin preparing the solyanka, cook the pork bone. To do this, rinse it, place it in a pot, and pour in 2 liters of water. Simmer for about an hour. For a more flavorful and aromatic broth, add peeled carrots and onion, season with salt, and add bay leaf and allspice. Let the cooked bone cool, then remove the meat from it, and strain the broth.

2. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Set the multicooker to the "Sauté" mode, add vegetable oil and place the onion in the pot. Sauté until golden brown.

3. Cut the cucumbers, meat, and sausage into strips, and slice the olives and sausages into rounds. Add the cucumbers and olives to the onion and sauté for about 5 minutes.

4. Then add tomato paste, mix well and fry for another 8 minutes. Now add the sausages, sliced meat, and smoked sausage, mix and fry for another 10 minutes.

5. Set the multicooker to the "Stewing" mode. Slice the lemon into rounds and add to our soup, then pour in the prepared broth. Add olive brine and pickle juice. Season with salt, pepper, add spices, and stew for 60 minutes. After cooking, switch the multicooker to the "Keep Warm" mode and let it steep. Serve in bowls and enjoy your lunch, don't forget to add sour cream!
