
Solyanka in the microwave
Description
A hearty first course. The solyanka will turn out very tasty, even though we will skip the frying step. The most important thing is to use delicious smoked ingredients, tomato sauce, and pickles. Serve the solyanka with a few lemon slices. Make a note of this recipe. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Prepare a deep microwave-safe bowl. Peel the carrots and onion, cut the carrots into strips and the onion into cubes. Transfer to the bowl.
