Description
Perfect for lunch. Preparing student solyanka is very easy, and the taste of the finished dish will surely delight you. It turns out very tasty, hearty, and aromatic. You can use any meat, add any sausages—there's plenty of room for creativity here. Don't be afraid to experiment. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the meat and place it in a pot. Pour water over the meat, add salt, bay leaf, whole peppercorns, or any root vegetables. Simmer gently until fully cooked, until the meat easily separates from the bone.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the grated carrots and diced onion.

Sauté the vegetables until soft. Add sliced sausages and diced sausage.

Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes. Add grated cucumbers (squeeze out the liquid) and tomato paste.
