Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. It's an easy-to-make dish, though not the most economical first course option. The solyanka turns out quite rich, especially when using at least 3-4 types of smoked meats. In this version, the classic solyanka with pork ribs is enhanced with potatoes, making the dish even more filling and delicious.

1. The final result will depend on the quantity of ingredients, or rather, their variety. It's best to use a small variety of smoked meats—sausages, hot dogs, ham, etc. First, cover the ribs with cold water and place over heat. After boiling, cook for about 45–55 minutes.

2. While the broth is cooking, you can prepare the filling. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

3. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and add the onion. Sauté over medium heat until golden brown.

4. Cut the smoked meats into small cubes and add them to the frying pan as well. In this recipe for solyanka with pork ribs, three types of smoked meats are used.
