Assorted solyanka in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. My version of mixed solyanka cooked in a multicooker is more similar to bigos, meaning it's more of a main course. However, if you add more water, you'll get a thick soup. Very often, instead of tomato and water, I use tomato juice, which gives the dish a richer vegetable flavor. Sometimes I also add canned tomatoes and capers to the recipe. Serve the mixed solyanka prepared in the multicooker with lemon and sour cream. Good luck! Pour into bowls and serve.
