
Solyanka with pickled mushrooms
Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. You can use any pickled mushrooms you like, whether it's home-pickled oyster mushrooms or store-bought champignons. Either way, it will taste delicious! If the mushrooms are quite large, cut them into pieces. You can also add olives to the soup. Here's how:

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Cut the ribs into portions and rinse. Pour clean water into a saucepan and add the ribs. Add peppercorns and bay leaf. Simmer gently for 1 to 1.5 hours after boiling. Season with salt to taste. Keep in mind that the sausage will also add saltiness to the dish.

Strain the ready broth. Remove the meat from the ribs or leave them whole.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion, then add the salami cut into strips. Sauté briefly.
