
Chicken heart solyanka
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Solianka with chicken hearts is quite simple to prepare, but it requires some time. This incredibly hearty and delicious soup can be served on both weekdays and holidays. To make the solianka less fatty, cook the chicken drumstick without the skin and choose sausage with a low fat content.

Prepare all the ingredients for the solyanka.

Wash the chicken thigh and place it in a pot with water.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, skim off the foam, and cook the drumstick until done. Remove the drumstick from the broth.

Finely chop the onion and pickled cucumber. Place in a frying pan.

Pour in sunflower oil and a little chicken broth. Cover with a lid and simmer the onion and cucumber over medium heat for 12–15 minutes.

Add tomato paste and mix.

Then add the onion, cucumber, and tomato paste to the pot with the chicken broth.

Cut the sausages and sausage into small cubes.

Wash the chicken hearts, trim off the fat and vessels. Then place them in a saucepan, add water, and season with salt to taste. Cook the hearts until tender, remove from the saucepan, and let cool.
