1. First, you need to prepare the broth. Wash the fish for the broth, dry it, and place it in a saucepan. Add vegetables, root vegetables, and spices to taste. Pour in water and set on the stove. After boiling, add a little salt and simmer over low heat for about an hour.

2. While the broth is cooking, you can prepare the remaining ingredients for the solyanka.

3. Boil the shrimp in salted water, peel and chop slightly.
