Solyanka with Sausage in a Multicooker

180 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The soup is easy and quick to prepare. This sausage solyanka recipe for a multicooker is very simple. I call it my standby version because it's made from leftover sausages and requires no special preparation. The solyanka turns out delicious and rich in flavor, even though the recipe doesn't include meat or meat broth. Since the solyanka with sausage is cooked for a long time in the multicooker—about three hours—it slowly simmers and infuses. Be sure to add lemon, olives, and sour cream to the finished soup. Serve the soup hot. Good luck and enjoy!
