Solyanka with sausage and mushrooms

Description

The soup is simple and quick to prepare. However, solyanka with sausage and mushrooms is quite complex to make. Generally, any solyanka takes a long time to prepare and requires some effort. I suggest making solyanka with meat broth (use whichever kind you prefer), using ingredients that are all sautéed in a frying pan. The pickled mushrooms give the solyanka a special flavor, surprisingly changing the soup's taste quite significantly. For the soup to be delicious, it needs time to infuse and develop its flavors, so let it sit covered for an hour. It's especially good if you use a ceramic stove, which retains heat for some time. If you have a gas stove, you can leave the heat on the very lowest setting. The soup is now ready to serve.
