There is natural liquid smoke and that produced chemically. So before buying it, carefully read the ingredients.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making solyanka with liquid smoke.

Wash the bones, place them in a pot, and cover with cold water. Put the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add salt, onion, and peeled carrot. Simmer for one hour over low heat, skimming off the foam. Strain the broth, then add sliced olives and olive. Remove the meat from the bones and add it to the broth.
